I’m Rachael Hardway. Born and bred in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I’m a DJ, Sound Healer & Reiki Practioner, Digital Marketer, Creative Director, Artist’s Advocate and Internet Geek that seeks to fill creative spaces with questions, ideas, and strategies. I've spent over the last 6 years in Los Angeles, California and prior to that, 10+ years in Brooklyn, New York. Music is my sanctuary.

 

You can find me jumping down intellectual rabbit holes, hotly contesting point of origin assumptions, and obsessing until whatever problem at hand gets resolved. It takes less than a minute of talking to see that my true passion and inspiration lies in genuine connection, music and creative direction, so aside from marketing unbridled awesomeness and monitoring the millions of thoughts flying my head at any given second, I assist artists and brands in all things music marketing, brand development, or at the very least, much cooler playlists for myself and others.

I am the founder and owner of Dauntless Media, LLC, a music agency dedicated to artist development, creative strategy, and music marketing, and Sonic Bloom Wellness, a sound healing and energy wellness practice. I currently lead both businesses full time, combining my expertise in the music industry with holistic wellness to support artists and individuals alike.

Before relocating to Los Angeles, I spent 10+ years in New York City at Sony Music and RECORDS, LLC, building expertise across digital marketing, artist development, and the evolving music landscape. I then relocated to Los Angeles where I oversaw digital marketing strategy at Red Bull Records and Saban Music Group/Saban Music Latin.
